NaNoWriMo – Day 30

Well. It’s the end of the road for all you NaNo-ites. If everything has gone to plan you will hit 50,000 words today. Before you validate however, make sure you have a couple of hundred words spare, because there’s always a discrepancy between Microsoft Word and the NaNo site. If however, like me, you think it’s going to be hard to reach the target on time, then here’s some final inspiration.

NaNoWriMo – Day 21

Well, we’re into the final third! If you’re on target you will have reached 35,000 words by now. I’m nowhere near that – so if you’re like me, then here’s some inspiration!

NaNoWriMo – Day 15

Well… we’re at the halfway mark, and today you should hit 25,000 words if you’re on target. If, however, you’re like me and nowhere near that, then here’s some inspiration to drive you to new heights!

NaNoWriMo – Day 1

It’s that time of year again, National Novel Writing Month.

For those that have never heard of it before, it’s a challenge to write 50,000 words in 30 days. Now, I’m the sort of person that tends to struggle a little with motivation, so throughout November, every few days, I am going to post inspirational quotes. I got these in September from various authors attending the British Fantasy Convention in York. So, to kick things off, here’s the first one.
